6 Day Sand to Sea

March 18. - 23. 2026

This is a Dirt’n’Dust experience

One day you’ll find yourself on a rocky single trail, the next we’ll navigate through the dunes. And before it even sinks in, we’ll chase each other along the beach, feeling like we just finished the legendary Paris-Dakar rally.

This trip is six days of riding and exploring some of the wildest contrasts the Moroccan desert has to offer. You’ll ride lightweight GasGas EC 450F enduro bikes, with a support car carrying your luggage, fuel, and snacks, so you can focus on the fun.

Our route starts deep in the desert and works its way west to the Atlantic, with each day bringing a clear shift in terrain and atmosphere. Expect fast desert plains, old Dakar-style pistes, a day out to the Chegaga dunes, then flowing tracks along the desert fringe and into the Anti-Atlas foothills. As the landscape softens, the final days introduce rolling trails and scenic coastal pistes with ocean views and cooler air.

Look forward to authentic Moroccan meals that fuel the ride and feed the soul. In the evening, when the engines go quiet, we sit together and share stories under the clear desert sky. Are you ready for the kind of adventure that stays with you long after the dust settles

what’s not included

We’ve designed the routes to be 70 to 90% offroad,  just the way we like it. So get ready for a dusty face, sandy boots, and to be thrown a little out of your comfort zone. Every tour can be adjusted to your level and shaped around the group's preferences, but this tour was designed with riders in mind who already have some offroad experience. The good thing about Morocco? We can ride pretty much everywhere and have endless options. If you want to slow it down, we can usually always switch to easier tracks. And if you’re still full of energy at the end of the day or want more techy stuff, we’ll just keep going until the sun drops.

Arrival Day
Transfer from the airport to our starting point in Ouarzazate. Settle in with a drink and meet your guides and other riders. We'll eat a traditional Moroccan dinner together and talk over the jist of the coming days.

Day 1 – Ouarzazate to Ouarzazate (~100km)
We start our riding with a warm-up loop around our base in Ouarzazate. A chance to get acquainted with the bikes, guides and fellow riders, we’ll ride flowing gravelly twin track, silty riverbeds and rocky climbs with regular opportunities to play and test your capabilities.

Day 2 – Ouarzazate to Foum Zguid (~200km)

Departing Ouarzazate, you head south through rugged mountain terrain of the Anti-Atlas mountains, before descending onto wide desert plains. The landscape opens dramatically as the pistes straighten and the pace increases. By late afternoon, the desert town of Foum Zguid appears, which is your base on the edge of the Sahara.

Day 3 – Foum Zguid to Erg Chegaga Dunes back to Foum Zguid (~200km)

Today’s loop see’s us head South East in a loop to the Erg Chegaga sand dunes. Stoney pistes open up onto the dry lake bed of Iriki. Rolling sand, vast open spaces, and complete isolation define the experience. This is desert riding at its most iconic, raw, remote, and unforgettable, before returning to Foum Zguid for the night.

Day 4 – Foum Zguid to Tata (~150km)

Leaving the dunes behind, you ride West across classic Dakar-style terrain. Fast gravel plains and long flowing tracks dominate the day, with occasional rocky sections to keep things interesting. Tata marks the transition zone between deep desert and the outer reaches of the Anti-Atlas.

Day 5 – Tata to Mirleft (~200km)

Today the route gradually pulls you back towards the sea. The terrain shifts from open desert to rolling foothills and wide valleys, with varied tracks that reward smooth riding and momentum. As the Atlantic air returns, you arrive in Mirleft, perched above the ocean and rich in coastal atmosphere.

Day 6 – Mirleft to Agadir (~150km)

The final ride follows scenic coastal trails back toward Agadir. Beach sections, cliff-top pistes, and flowing tracks offer a relaxed but spectacular finish. The roar of the ocean replaces desert silence as you complete the journey where land meets sea. Drop off the bikes, take a well earned shower, and later we’ll meet up for a final dinner. Last team photo, last story swap, and if you feel like it, last chance to buy your guide a beer :).

Departure Day

Say farewell to your bikes and guides. Transfer from Agadir to wherever your adventure takes you next. Whatever's necessary, we'll arrange this on your behalf.
