I’m going back to Dakar – this time, rally style.
After riding to Senegal on my own in 2.5 months, and seeing the Africa Eco Race with my own eyes, I caught the rally fever. In January, I’ll line up at the start of the Tuareg Legend Rally – and I’m looking for a few equally wild souls to join me on this ride. It’s not a tour. It’s not a holiday. It’s the real deal. And it’s going to be epic.
What Is the Tuareg Legend Rally?
The Tuareg Legend Rally is a 14-day amateur rally raid from Morocco to Senegal. It follows the old rally spirit – wild, demanding, and unforgettable. From rocky trails to deep dunes and salt flats, riders navigate by GPS, sleep in bivouacs, and push themselves across three countries – all the way to the legendary Pink Lake near Dakar.
